Life in America

It is so wonderful to be home. We have been spending so much time with our family that we have missed the special moments of being alone. Yesterday was our first day in Monterey and it was also Father's day. After we checked into our room we called Olga, Anya, and Sister Fry in Ukraine. A few minutes after we hung up Sister Lee (Charlene), called us from Pocatello Idaho. She and her husband were the Country Directors in Kiev while we were in Ukraine. It was so great to catch up with everyone. Then I got to spend some time creating our new blog and writing e-mails to people I haven't had time to contact yet. Nathan and Karrissa both called to wish their dad a Happy Fathers Day, and then we went out to dinner on the Wharf. Today we just went for a walk, sat on a park bench and read our books near the Harbor. What a great day, warm sunshine, blue skies, the sound of seagulls, and water lapping near the shore as we sat and read. I love this man.
Thanks Bruce for planning this great get-away. I love you so much.

You all look so happy. I love the yellow color of your blog background. It's as happy as sunshine!
